Lara

Lara was thrown into a ditch with her five siblings when she was just a few weeks old. The puppies had to be bottle fed initially until they were old enough to be weaned onto solid food. Her siblings have all found homes but Lara seems to have been overlooked. She is such a beauty with a cheerful, pleasant personality. Virtually all her life so far has been spent in kennels and it would be wonderful if she could experience the delights of a loving family. This lovely girl has never lived in a house, curled up on a bed or sofa or had the pleasure of full time love and attention. She has been in kennels for over 3 years. She has not been trained or walked regularly on a lead, although Romanian dogs are very intelligent and learn quickly, so she needs adopters who have the time and patience to help her through the transition from kennels to home and the new experiences it involves. We don’t want this sweetheart to spend any more time in kennels. If you feel you can help Lara please contact us.

Description

All potential adopters will have to undergo a screening and home check process. This can take between 1-10 days dependant on available volunteers to perform your home check. All volunteers for ABLDR are unpaid and do this in their spare time whilst also holding down regular daytime jobs. Please be patient whilst we complete these checks. They are set to protect not only the dog but also you, the adopter, from adopting the wrong dog for your family. If you wish to adopt one of our lovely dogs please fill in an Adoption Application and our dog co-ordinator will be in contact with you very shortly to discuss your request. We aim to contact all new adoption applications within 24 hours and certainly within 48 hours.
