Ani
For several days, a pair made up of a small-sized girl (Ani)and a handsome boy (Rollo) were begging for food in front of a house on the way to our shelter. They were seen there for a few days, inseparable, all the time together …
We couldn’t leave them there as it was too dangerous because they used to cross the very busy road and could be hit by a car. We took them to the shelter and put them together in the same kennel.
Ani is a small sweet girl. At first, when she was approached, she was very scared. Now, however, she has gained some confidence and is starting to enjoy cuddles but is still timid. Little Ani would love to find a family of her own who have the experience to help her settle in a new home and give her the time and patience needed when facing new experiences. Ani and Rollo can be rehomed together or separately.
Description
All potential adopters will have to undergo a screening and home check process. This can take between 1-10 days dependant on available volunteers to perform your home check. All volunteers for ABLDR are unpaid and do this in their spare time whilst also holding down regular daytime jobs. Please be patient whilst we complete these checks. They are set to protect not only the dog but also you, the adopter, from adopting the wrong dog for your family. If you wish to adopt one of our lovely dogs please fill in an Adoption Application and our dog co-ordinator will be in contact with you very shortly to discuss your request. We aim to contact all new adoption applications within 24 hours and certainly within 48 hours.
