Dora Pup

Dora was adopted in February and the country went into lockdown in March. She spent 4 months in her own little bubble, unable to meet people or other dogs, go to puppy training classes or have visitors to her home. Now things have opened up, Dora is finding it very difficult adjusting to what has now become a very busy place with workmen and constant visitors. She is particularly finding it difficult to cope with grandchildren running around. She has become a very anxious dog. Because she is still a puppy, only 10 months old, we have decided that Dora would be better moving to a different home where she can be introduced gradually and quietly to new situations. We are looking for a calm home without children or cats.

Description

All potential adopters will have to undergo a screening and home check process. This can take between 1-10 days dependant on available volunteers to perform your home check. All volunteers for ABLDR are unpaid and do this in their spare time whilst also holding down regular daytime jobs. Please be patient whilst we complete these checks. They are set to protect not only the dog but also you, the adopter, from adopting the wrong dog for your family. If you wish to adopt one of our lovely dogs, please fill in an Adoption Application form and one of our adoption team will be in contact with you. We aim to contact all new adoption applications within 48 hours. (Initial contact may be made by email, so please check your email junk folder)
