Eleonora

ADOPTED BY AUSTRIAN RESCUE

This lovely little lady is Eleonora. We think she stole her ears from one of the Gremlins! Eleonora was so scared when she arrived at the shelter that she would hide in the back of her kennel, shying away from any human approach. However, after gentle persuasion, lots of gentle care and a true love of  humans – now look at her – Eleonora has now come on leaps and bounds and now loves human contact and is very sociable with other dogs. She has been in kennels for over two years so she is looking for a family, who have previously owned a dog, who will bear in mind that she used to be scared and may need a little time and patience to settle in a new environment with different experiences. We can cat test her as a matter of course. Can you open up your heart, and your home, to such a beautiful dog?

Description

All potential adopters will have to undergo a screening and home check process. This can take between 1-10 days dependant on available volunteers to perform your home check. All volunteers for ABLDR are unpaid and do this in their spare time whilst also holding down regular daytime jobs. Please be patient whilst we complete these checks. They are set to protect not only the dog but also you, the adopter, from adopting the wrong dog for your family. If you wish to adopt one of our lovely dogs please fill in an Adoption Application and our dog co-ordinator will be in contact with you very shortly to discuss your request. We aim to contact all new adoption applications within 24 hours and certainly within 48 hours.
