This handsome boy is Moss.  He was found by one of our rescuers along with his mum and his sister abandoned in the street and is now being fostered in the UK until he finds his own family. Moss is a typical playful pup who is likely to be medium/large when fully grown. This young man is very friendly with people. At the moment he is in foster care in the UK where he is living with three other dogs(male and female) and two cats.

Moss walks well on the lead. His recall is good – he never strays too far. He can sometimes be nervous of new things, so needs a little encouragement. He is still a young puppy so would benefit from training and socialising with other dogs.

Moss suffers a little with separation anxiety, but has improved greatly since he’s been with his new foster family and they will continue to work on this.

He’s a mixed breed, possibly with some GSD/collie in his background. We welcome offers of adoption from people who are used to large dogs and similar breeds.

We think Moss will make a fantastic family member. If he is shown love and kindness he shows love in return ❤️ We would love to find him a forever family.

All potential adopters will have to undergo a screening and home check process. This can take between 1-10 days dependant on available volunteers to perform your home check. All volunteers for ABLDR are unpaid and do this in their spare time whilst also holding down regular daytime jobs. Please be patient whilst we complete these checks. They are set to protect not only the dog but also you, the adopter, from adopting the wrong dog for your family. If you wish to adopt one of our lovely dogs please fill in an Adoption Application and our dog co-ordinator will be in contact with you very shortly to discuss your request. We aim to contact all new adoption applications within 24 hours and certainly within 48 hours.
