Archie was rescued from a field with his mother and siblings. He is a young pup with a gentle soul. He can be a little nervous at first, but once he feels safe, his loving and affectionate nature truly shines. A short stay in foster care helped Archie begin building confidence, and he quickly learned to trust the five people in the household.
Having spent most of his short life either on the streets or in a shelter, Archie is still learning about the comforts of home life. He will need patient guidance with lead training and basic household routines, but with consistency and kindness, he is expected to learn quickly.

Archie is looking for a family who understands that confidence takes time and who can offer him the reassurance, structure, and love he needs to blossom into a wonderful companion.
All potential adopters will have to undergo a screening and home check process. This can take between 1-10 days dependant on available volunteers to perform your home check. All volunteers for ABLDR are unpaid and do this in their spare time whilst also holding down regular daytime jobs. Please be patient whilst we complete these checks. They are set to protect not only the dog but also you, the adopter, from adopting the wrong dog for your family.
