Lucy is a lovely girl with a gentle, affectionate nature and a playful spirit. Her wonderful temperament quickly wins over everyone she meets.
She was found wandering the streets of a village, but despite her rough start, Lucy showed nothing but gratitude when she was rescued. In a safe environment, she has blossomed into a truly special companion. Lucy is sociable and gets along beautifully with other dogs and even cats. She’s friendly with everyone, loves relaxing in the sun, and enjoys playtime just as much as quiet moments. Walking nicely on a lead, she genuinely enjoys her outings, making her an easy and pleasant walking partner.
Lucy is her rescuer’s current favourite ( but don’t tell the others). Beautiful both inside and out, Lucy is ready to bring love and companionship into her forever home. 💛
All potential adopters will have to undergo a screening and home check process. This can take between 1-10 days dependant on available volunteers to perform your home check. All volunteers for ABLDR are unpaid and do this in their spare time whilst also holding down regular daytime jobs. Please be patient whilst we complete these checks. They are set to protect not only the dog but also you, the adopter, from adopting the wrong dog for your family. If you wish to adopt one of our lovely dogs, please fill in an Adoption Application form and one of our adoption team will be in contact with you.
