Maxim is a beautiful large dog, standing around 60 cm at the shoulder, with an exceptionally gentle and loving nature. He would make a wonderful family companion. Calm, affectionate, and incredibly patient, Maxim absolutely adores children and is happiest when surrounded by people.
He was sadly found abandoned and has since been cared for by a family friend who is fostering him until he finds his forever home. They would have loved to keep him permanently, but due to difficult family circumstances — including ongoing medical treatments that require frequent travel to another city — they are unable to give him the long-term stability he deserves.

All potential adopters will have to undergo a screening and home check process. This can take between 1-10 days dependant on available volunteers to perform your home check. All volunteers for ABLDR are unpaid and do this in their spare time whilst also holding down regular daytime jobs. Please be patient whilst we complete these checks. They are set to protect not only the dog but also you, the adopter, from adopting the wrong dog for your family.
