Poor Estelle has spent her entire life waiting. She was born in our shelter and, heartbreakingly, has never known what it’s like to have a family of her own.
Despite this, Estelle hasn’t lost her wonderful spirit. She is a typical happy, friendly and playful girl who loves people and enjoys the company of other dogs. She has so much love to give and is simply waiting for someone to give her the chance she’s never had.
Every day she watches other dogs leave for their forever homes while she remains overlooked. We can’t understand why, because she really is a lovely dog who deserves the same happiness as every other rescue.

All potential adopters will have to undergo a screening and home check process. This can take between 1-10 days dependant on available volunteers to perform your home check. All volunteers for ABLDR are unpaid and do this in their spare time whilst also holding down regular daytime jobs. Please be patient whilst we complete these checks. They are set to protect not only the dog but also you, the adopter, from adopting the wrong dog for your family. If you wish to adopt one of our lovely dogs, please fill in an Adoption Application form and one of our adoption team will be in contact with you.
