Buzz
Buzz was rescued from a young woman in the local area who was fed up of having a dog and kept him on a tight chain in the garden – so tightly chained he had wounds around his neck which can be clearly seen in some of the photos. When our rescuers arrived to take him, they found a small, friendly dog who wanted cuddles and was happy to be carried home. Buzz is friendly with all the rescuers’ dogs, is docile with people and doesn’t show any interest in their cats indoors but barks at cats outside, so we would probably say no to cats. The vet examined the wounds on his neck and assured us the fur will grow back which it is starting to do already. Buzz loves to be outside in the garden and would probably really love a country home where he can explore in the local countryside. This little boy deserves a much better home and family.
Description
All potential adopters will have to undergo a screening and home check process. This can take between 1-10 days dependant on available volunteers to perform your home check. All volunteers for ABLDR are unpaid and do this in their spare time whilst also holding down regular daytime jobs. Please be patient whilst we complete these checks. They are set to protect not only the dog but also you, the adopter, from adopting the wrong dog for your family. If you wish to adopt one of our lovely dogs, please fill in an Adoption Application form and one of our adoption team will be in contact with you.
