Coleen
Coleen is really sweet and very friendly with people, adults and (dog-savvy) children, and with other dogs. She is lively and energetic and would suit a fairly active family who would enjoy her playful nature and taking her walking. Because she has been brought up in a shelter, she still has a lot to learn about living in a home. She is currently living in a foster home in the uk where the foster is starting to housetrain her and teach her some boundaries but this will need to be continued by her new adopter. Coleen might also benefit from being crate trained. She would probably enjoy living with another dog as she loves to play.
Description
All potential adopters will have to undergo a screening and home check process. This can take between 1-10 days dependant on available volunteers to perform your home check. All volunteers for ABLDR are unpaid and do this in their spare time whilst also holding down regular daytime jobs. Please be patient whilst we complete these checks. They are set to protect not only the dog but also you, the adopter, from adopting the wrong dog for your family. If you wish to adopt one of our lovely dogs, please fill in an Adoption Application form and one of our adoption team will be in contact with you.
