Freya (black)
Freya is a sweet terrier type girl who was rescued from the public shelter. She is in private foster at the moment. She loves everyone and follows her foster carer everywhere. Although sometimes a little timid when meeting new people, after 10 minutes she is great friends with them.
When she went to be vet checked after coming out of the shelter she was found to have heartworm. She has had the advocate treatment for 4 months now and the rest of the treatment can be completed, quite easily, in the uk (we will happily discuss that with you). She is a happy, playful girl who would love to find a new family.
Description
All potential adopters will have to undergo a screening and home check process. This can take between 1-10 days dependant on available volunteers to perform your home check. All volunteers for ABLDR are unpaid and do this in their spare time whilst also holding down regular daytime jobs. Please be patient whilst we complete these checks. They are set to protect not only the dog but also you, the adopter, from adopting the wrong dog for your family. If you wish to adopt one of our lovely dogs, please fill in an Adoption Application form and one of our adoption team will be in contact with you.
